B. Digital conference speech system

C. Professional sound reinforcement system
The main function of the conference audio sound reinforcement system is to clearly transmit and restore the audio signals of the report speech, conference voting, DVD and other sound sources through centralized sound reinforcement, and ensure that there is sufficient sound pressure level, uniform sound field distribution and sufficient language clarity in the field, so that all personnel can hear and hear the speech clearly.
The system is mainly composed of sound source, mixer, avmedia intelligent audio and video control system, peripheral, power amplifier and loudspeaker. The audio signal is provided by the sound source, marshalling and volume control are carried out through the mixer, and then the avmedia intelligent management system carries out appropriate processing of the sound signal and the overall control of the whole system, Finally, the sound signal is amplified by the power amplifier and restored by the speaker.
Audio device configuration:
The main sound reinforcement plus auxiliary sound reinforcement mode is selected. The main loudspeaker box is the backbone of the sound reinforcement system. It must have high sound pressure level, supplemented by assistance, so as to make the sound pressure level of the whole conference room more uniform and have good speech clarity.
(1) Left and right main loudspeakers:
Two 15 inch full frequency speakers are selected for the left and right main sound reinforcement parts to adjust a certain angle and hit the audience area, so as to better cover the sound field and optimize the sound reinforcement uniformity and sound image sense of the whole field.
(2) Delay Speaker:
Due to the large conference hall, the distance to the back field is relatively long. If the back field auxiliary speaker is not added, there will be an auditory time difference between the front field and the last field of the hall. Moreover, the volume of the room is large and the reverberation time is correspondingly large, which greatly reduces the speech clarity, makes the speech signal ambiguous and seriously affects the audio-visual. In order to make the sound pressure level of the whole hall more uniform and beautiful, we have deepened the design of two nc112 full frequency speakers, which are dispersed and evenly installed on the walls on both sides of the backcourt in the hall, so as to improve the language and music clarity of the whole room. At the same time, by setting the delay time of the supplementary sound box, the front and back fields of the hall can receive the voice signal within the allowable hearing difference range.
(3) Back listening speaker
The conference hall is large and the distance to the back field is relatively long. If the back field return speaker is not added, there will be an auditory time difference between the front field and the last field of the hall. Its main function is to mix and process audio signals from various sound sources (microphone, CD player, LD recording stand, etc.), various electroacoustic instruments (electronic organ, synthesizer, electric guitar, bass guitar, etc.) and various peripheral equipment as required; Modify and compensate each acoustic signal; Divide the acoustic signal into multiple groups for output as required. The technical index and debugging of the mixer are directly related to the sound quality and system noise.

When selecting the mixer, we not only consider that there should be enough input and output channels to meet the processing capacity of the sound reinforcement system, but also reserve the output interface for external sound pickup and special needs, such as conference broadcasting.
The mixer shall have the advantages of intuitive and convenient operation, beautiful timbre, stability and reliability. It is suitable for fixed installation, live performance, recording production and broadcasting.
E. Intelligent AV platform system
In the selection of system peripheral equipment: to reduce the signal loss and distortion caused by signal transmission, and make the system function more diversified. The control of the whole system is composed of equalizer, effector and audio matrix equipment. It can effectively control the speaker and system, and can effectively edit for different use occasions and users' needs, which greatly expands the application scope and performance of the system. This technology is ideal for multi-functional performance hall, concert hall and Conference Center. It can reduce the reflected sound of walls and ceilings caused by equipment performance, ensure that the amount of direct sound is greater than that of reflected sound, and ensure the clarity of sound due to the reduction of sound field interference.
F. Meeting room electrical system
TN-S system with voltage grade of 220V / 380V and frequency of 50Hz is used to input the mains power into the ups host. The ups transmits the rectified and purified power supply to the ups precision distribution cabinet, and then the ups precision output distribution cabinet transmits the power supply to each server cabinet, panel array and other equipment.
The electrical system of the newly-built video conference room is connected to the conference room through the original ups. When the building is powered off, it can continuously supply power through the ups on the ground floor to meet the uninterrupted meeting. 4x25 + 1x16 cables are laid from the distribution room on the first floor of the basement to the distribution cabinet in the conference room through the strong current shaft to the strong current bridge.
D. Video conference system
The new video conference room is equipped with MCU, video conference terminal, service management platform and HD video conference camera to form a set of Huawei remote video conference platform system.
MCU is responsible for processing and forwarding the code streams of all sub venues, gathering the images of each sub venue to the main venue. Leaders can access the conference picture at any time, realize remote real-time command and decision-making, and provide high-quality video conference effect.
There are 3 sets of split HD video conference terminals (one active, one standby and one mobile). The terminal supports dual stream, 4-channel HD input and output interface, calling set, automatic sleep, network diagnosis and other functions.
Seven dedicated (one standby) HD video conference cameras, audio system, large screen, signal switching and other equipment are configured. The video conference terminal is connected with MCU through IP transmission network. When uploading signals, audio, video and other data are encoded by the video conference terminal and transmitted to MCU through the network for forwarding, control and other processing. When receiving signals, The video conference terminal receives the data sent by MCU through IP transmission network and decodes audio, video and other data.
